  • Communities Alliances And Networks (CAAN; formerly Canadian Aboriginal AIDS Network)
    Provides a national forum for Aboriginal Peoples to holistically address HIV and AIDS, Hepatitis C, sexually transmitted blood-borne infections (STBBIs), Tuberculosis, mental health, aging, and related co-morbidity issues. The network promotes a social determinants of health framework through advocacy as well as provides accurate and up to date resources on these issues in a culturally relevant manner for Aboriginal Peoples, wherever they reside.

  • Sanctum
    A hospice and transitional care home in Saskatoon that provides around-the-clock transitional care for people living with HIV who have social and high-risk behaviours and conditions, including homelessness, that prevent them from properly caring for themselves. In addition, this home provides end of life care to individuals who are living with HIV and have a palliative diagnosis.
